Made-to-Order & Special Orders

Made-to-order, custom, and special-order items may have extended lead times and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, manufacturer timelines, shipping carriers, and unforeseen circumstances. Atelier Vintora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, manufacturers, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring appropriate access for delivery and installation.

Installation Services

We do not provide installation services and recommend all fixtures are installed by a professional.

Atelier Vintora is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow product instructions and care guidelines. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service provided.
