Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials, components, and documentation.

Due to the delicate nature of lighting and the personalized nature of our collections, all returns must be approved prior to shipment. Please contact our team at ateliervintora@gmail.com within the return window to request authorization.

Approved returns are subject to:

• Return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer
• A restocking fee of [15%] to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not begun. Once an order has entered processing, cancellations may not be accommodated.
